Josh and Green Gilbert

Family
Josh and Green have been married since 1998 and moved to Boise in 2007. They have two teenage boys, Mason and Zeke, and a labradoodle named Silas.

Fun
Josh is an avid outdoorsman and loves hiking, camping, disc golf, backpacking, using his lifestraw, or mountain biking in the Boise foothills.  He also is a huge sports fan and can be found most Saturdays watching a game and rooting for the Georgia Bulldogs (and Boise State).

Experience
Josh felt the call to ministry and obtained a degree in Biblical Studies in 2006. Shortly after, Josh felt called by God to plant a church, and moved from North Carolina, where he was a dairy farmer, to start the Acts29 process.  He packed up his family, sold their stuff and moved to Bremerton, Washington for a 9 month internship before relocating to Boise to plant Trademark Church. Josh has a deep love for Jesus and His Church and shows that in the way that he leads, teaches, and interacts with people.

Steph is our children’s Director and has a degree in children’s ministry.  She has a huge heart for children and his gifted at helping them understand God’s word in tangible ways.  Steph believes that the best way to disciple the children is to equip their parents and the other children’s workers to do the work of ministry.  Steph’s love for children is evident to all who know her and she is a gift to the Trademark family
