Josh and Green Gilbert
Josh and Green have been married since 1998 and moved to Boise in 2007. They have two teenage boys, Mason and Zeke, and a labradoodle named Silas.
Josh is an avid outdoorsman and loves hiking, camping, disc golf, backpacking, using his lifestraw, or mountain biking in the Boise foothills. He also is a huge sports fan and can be found most Saturdays watching a game and rooting for the Georgia Bulldogs (and Boise State).
Josh felt the call to ministry and obtained a degree in Biblical Studies in 2006. Shortly after, Josh felt called by God to plant a church, and moved from North Carolina, where he was a dairy farmer, to start the Acts29 process. He packed up his family, sold their stuff and moved to Bremerton, Washington for a 9 month internship before relocating to Boise to plant Trademark Church. Josh has a deep love for Jesus and His Church and shows that in the way that he leads, teaches, and interacts with people.
Benj and Steph Litter
Benj and Steph have been married since 2009 and currently live Nampa. They are originally from Ohio but have been living in the treasure Valley since 2012. In 2014 they adopted a rescue greyhound name Samson who currently lives with them in Nampa.
Benj enjoys disc golf, roasting coffee, brewing coffee, hiking, backpacking, playing his guitar, writing music, relaxing in his hammock, taking notes with his space pen… and on just about any given Sunday afternoon you can find him relaxed on his couch watching an episode of This Old House.
Benj has a degree in music and has served at two different church plants as both the director of communications and music. He is an incredibly talented musician that leads with intention and purpose. Benj has a Pastor’s heart and is very gifted at seeing the needs of those at trademark and helping them take the next step to follow Jesus.
Steph is our children’s Director and has a degree in children’s ministry. She has a huge heart for children and his gifted at helping them understand God’s word in tangible ways. Steph believes that the best way to disciple the children is to equip their parents and the other children’s workers to do the work of ministry. Steph’s love for children is evident to all who know her and she is a gift to the Trademark family
